Anyone had any problems with Fiscon Pro?

I have bought a Fiscon Pro to go inot my 2006 SL350. To date I haven't been able to get it to work

The problem is that the phone is recognised and paired OK then it just hangs saying 'Reading Sim' On the suppliers advice I have had the command firmware updated, updated the software on the phone, turned off, reset, deleted re installed done just about evrything possible but all to no avail.
Just wondered if anyone else has had this issue?

yes, tried another phone (Nokia) with different results, this read the address book but wouldn't make any calls, when pressing send the radio went off but then nothing, just hung and had to turn bluetooth off on the phone to get the audio back
