Apparently I need to dilute MB Coolant 50/50 with water, but not hard water? What water can I use in a hard water area.

I have deionised (for batteries and irons), or distilled water or Brita filtered water.
I think I read somewhere NOT to use distilled water?

Or should I just get some bottled water like flat Highland Spring?
Note the top up is only 20mm in the expansion tank. Embarrassed to say I thought it was too high, and then later read it will be higher if hot.
Guess I sucked out 100ml or so.

Any guidance appreciated.
Manual just says do not use water in hard water areas. Ours is terrible, even use a filter to final rinse the car or it leaves white droplet marks

You can buy bottled distilled water from Halfrauds etc, or if you have a condensing tumble dryer collect the condensed water from for example tumble drying towels (which is what we do for wife to use in her steam iron). Or boil a kettle and use the boiled water!

Or if you have a dehumidifier use that water.

Boiled water no good. Still retains all impurities. Demineralised water is good if available there.
