APS30 again

My Audio 30 APS was supplied with a single disc which is marked 'ECE Version 2001/2002 - 5.1' and I am wondering if there is a later single disc or if it has been superseded by a double disc.

Hi,
This is an upgrade from the version 5.1.
It now comes in 2 disc's as there is more and more info included and it now covers 22 countries.
I have exactly the same version for sale, but mine is brand new , un-opened, un-used, un-scratched and in the UK.
Cost including recorded delivery: £50 to your door.

Thanks for the reply, Marnix. I was hoping you were around and have lost your e-mail address . Just to confirm, is this software for the version of the Audio 30 APS that you sent me a copy of the instruction manual?

I think I will be keeping the 5.1 disc for a while, I can't justify the expense. I really just wanted to know the situation, as there is more than one type of Audio 30 APS.

Yes the software is compatible with the unit you have.
the version 5.1 is from about the year 2001. The new one is very much updated and also include a software upgrade for the APS 30 radio.
This version 7.0 would cost you over £200 from MB

Does that mean the ones for sale on eBay are fake or pirated? I have seen them go for as little as £21.

I think they are copies.
If you look at his feedback, He only bought these 2 weeks ago from **mercedes*amg** and this guy is cetainly selling copies. He has sold about 30 examples of used discs for this model.
The discs are probably working OK, but you have to decide for yourself what you want to do about this.
