Are there any dealers near Colchester that aren't rip off merchants?

As above, is there a dealership anyone can actually recommend that isn't just out to rip me off?

I want a particular process followed, I have a STAR printout, but both Ipswich and Colchester say they need to run a STAR test and charge me £130 or so THEN they can look at it.. Well, not sure why they can not look at the print out I have from Alex Crow....... Or speak to him as I have asked them to.

Anyone know a dealership or even someone who can look at the Ad Blue ECU (NOT the main ECU).

Alex can't fix/look at the Ad Blue ECU unfortunately. He does not have the kit .

Waterhouse Mercedes ,Chelmsford have got a branch in Braintree that under as fully under the MB Umbrella cost wise that Chelmsford are.
Not used them , and I’m not 100% on my statement (it was true years ago) .
Might be worth a call ?
