My CLK 55 has developed a creaking noise over rough surfaces, or wot this government call roads! Any way I think i have norrowed it down to the passenger side door. It looks like the small piece of wood trim has come a little loose and causing an annoying creaking noise. What i am thinking of doing is taking the offending acticle off and applying some glue and attaching it back again. Just one thing really...how does this come off, is it a gentle tug or a covered blade of a screwdriver to slowly force the trim from the door. Any thoughts on the right way to do this?
