ASR light

Hello,

MB E240 1999 estate petrol
My ASR light came on a few days ago (yellow triangle) so I switched the ASR button off- this got rid on the light and the car drives fine, although dry weather so far.

Can I keep it like this till the next service (2000m away) or is it more urgent?

if the ASR is switched off the yellow triangle would be on all the time.. Im guessing that you have now enabled it so the light has gone out and all is hunky..

Yes I think I got confused- I looked it up in the manual which implied that there must be a technical fault but things seem OK.
