My 1997 2.9td 210 has been recently serviced but is flashing up a warning that it is due a service in 1600kms.The car has no multi function steering wheel. My hand book is in German so cannot read up on that. I have done a search followed the instructions of stevesey bellow.
Key to position 2 (ignition on), immediately press 0 (trip reset) button twice within one second (mileage left appears)
Key back to position 1 (ignition off)
Press and hold the 0 button, turn key to 2, display shows remaining distance/time, hold the button for more than 10 seconds and a beep will sound, new distance/time will appear for 10 seconds.
Release button 0.
I have also tried these instructions using the "O" button without success.
Maybe I am doing something wrong but not having much luck.
