Hi All,

Do all 1997 E240's have assyst, if so how do you display the data?

I've tried a few buttons as explanied in my owners book, but to no avail.

My assumption therefore is that it doesn't have the function?

no assyst only come out i belive on 2003-2004 models!

Then why does it mention it in the owners manual?

PS I may be talking about the wrong system, I'm trying to get the car to display service intervals etc

OK, so my vehicle hanbook says that information on servicing can be displayed, oh yeah and it also says there is a description of what LIM is in the driving section but I can't find that either !!

Found out what LIM is !!!!!!!!!!!

Still would like to know about servicing

Push the 0 button twice and the milage to next service should display.

And when I RTFM properly it does tell me that too........

And best of all 8600 mils left to go wooooooohoooooooo
