Atego Adblue issue

Hi all,

our 2008 Atego 1318L with Telligent transmission has got some adblue related fault codes. See below:

* engine light is blinking
* warning in cluster red: SCR - output reduced
* warning in cluster yellow: MR - emissions exceeded threshold

The DTC codes are 4248 - 2971 - 2972

Any idea what the root cause might be?
