Audi A4 wheels fit a W124 ?

As above folks, I believe they are both 5 x 112, the 1992 Merc diesel I am collecting tomorrow needs 4 tyres and sits on fairly drab 5 spoke 15s. Nice set of Michelin clad A4 16s for sale at a reasonable price. Am I correct in thinking they will fit ?

the audi hub is the same size as your mb 66.6 & 112 pcd x 5 stud but the offset ect might be wrong as the audi is fwd they would look a bit odd
