I have a 2004 CLK 270 cdi when i put the radio on the display on the dash just shows ---- and i can get no sound from the system. The rest of the displays in the menus are all ok ,any ideas? Thanks

Check the radio fuse, the chart for the fuses should be behind the end pannel on the drivers side of the dash, the dashes means the cluster isnt getting and information from the radio over the can bus
