Audio 20 System Cd Not Playing

Jumped into my car this moring. hit the play button for the cd and nothing. It says track one but does not play or eject. Worked fine last night. Can anyone help.

I would disconnect and power up again ,could be just locked up. if before 2000 roughly you will need the code.

how do i disconnect the power? i have a 2004 c class se.

Look at your fuse diagram,there could be 3 fuses in all,one will be marked CD changer,another Command or amp.
