since i was abroad this weekend for a trip to the netherlands via belgium, ferry ramsgate / oostende. i could test the tmc on my audio 30 aps. well i can tell you i'm not impressed...
on the saturday morning driving over the a2 from maastricht to amsterdam i was caught in a 1 hours traffic jam caused by an overturned crane. i heard it on the radio that morning before i travelled but wanted to see if the tmc was guiding me through. well not! it just lets me join the queue... i know those roads very well and it should guide my via the a15, a27 and then back on the a2...
then driving back on sunday afternoon there was a big queue at antwerpen caused by water flooding... again no messages or detour while it should guide me via the ringweg west.
both time when i set the navigation i chose dynamic route... i have version 9.0 and yes i used cd# 2 what is for nl and b. cd#1 is uk.
