Hello,

I'm currently thinking about getting an A class 19 plate with premium trim. I test drove it today and looks the part, but when ive been doing research on the interweb, that never lies!!!

I was intrested in the augmented sat nav and when I tried it today in the car it was just normal satnav? Is this something that had to be spec'd from new. I kinda thought the prem trim had this as standard.

I think that MB dropped it from the spec list due to the microchip shortage that started about 2019 - along with a host of other "Premium" extras. I'd check the spec of any car from that era to present day to see exactly what it has.

Yeah did a search on here and saw that they removed it, was hoping as covid hadn't hit yet I might have got lucky. Thx for reply tho

Not sure if the Aclass comes in premium and premium plus, if they do, then check if the premium plus has it.

When I was buying my CLA 250 Premium Plus built in March 2020 it should have had Augmented Reality Navigation (standard on Premium model and above), but Mercedes contacted me prior to it being built to say the feature would not be included.
I found out later that it had been dropped from the entire range.
