Auto gear box oil has gone green !!!

Hi
I have a 1998 C180, it has done 190,000 miles I changed the auto box oil at about 100,0000 but on checking the level yesterday I noticed the oil was now a greenish colour.Can anyone advise me on what might be causing this?
Any help would be most welcome.

I would check the coolant in the rad, see what colour that is.

Hi Karl
The coolant is a blue colour.Could it have contaminated the auto box oil? If so any ideas on a cure?
