Auto Gearbox Replacement ?

I need to replace my auto gearbox on my 1993 e200.

I have acquired a auto gearbox from a little used 1995 e200, questions are as follows:

1. Can i use the 1995 gearbox on my 1993 e200 ?

2. Do i need to replace my original Torque Converter ?

3. Does anybody know of a thread in here or on the net with instructions on how to replace auto gearboxes ?
