Auto headlights

Hi. So in mine w210 I have this bump on dashboard, as I know it should be for auto headlights (at least in my other cars simular bump is for that). But my headlight switch is without auto function, I dont even know if there were w210 with auto lights. So did w210 came with automatic headlights?

Looks like it’s for a front parking sensor led indicator ?

That’s why there is only a plastic bump covering a hole then ?

Thats what im trying to figure out, what is it. Because in my other car simular bump is sensor for automatic headlights

Has it got an “eye” or something on the front of it ? If it hasn’t it’s a blank for something that’s not fitted on your particular car

Alex beat me to it, it's a UV sensor for the A/C so it knows how sunny it is.

Not really - still needs to know there is no sun!
