has anyone got any experience of buying a car from autobarn? their cars always look good (although pricey).

I pointed a friend to them and he bought an R107 300SL circa 1989 from them 2 years ago in mint condition with 21,000 miles.
Their preparation is scrupulous and it seems go do get what you pay for. Friend now has work done by the garage that does work for Autobarn and their comments reflect that, for Autobarn the instruction is that any/all kown defects are rectified.
Hearsay, I'm afraid, but from a very good source.
