autobox fault.

Hi, anyone had this code before. N3 speed sensor, Fault data reads problem with the planetry gears RPM readings. Not sure if this means that a sensor is at fault or the gears. any ideas anyone.

N3 speed sensor is part of the electro - hydraulic plate, you can get the plate for approx £80 but will require gearbox service aswell.

AS Kevin and not too bad a job,just the sump off, and do a fluid change at the same time

thanks guys, was hoping it was part of the valve / electric block in the gearbox as its under warranty.
