Good evening: this message comes up from time to time. What is it and how is it fixed? Thanks for any advice.

Me -2019 GLC 350 coupe AMG line. Mrs- 1.2 vauxhall Corsa 2021 ,orange with a black roof. .
Look in the boot , right hand side . Should be a small motor bike battery . Probably needs renewed or at least charged with a smart charger.
