Auxiliary Fan 280E - Fan wont cut out

The auxiliary fan on my 1978 280E runs constantly from the moment the engine is started. I have removed the fuse until I can find what is causing the problem.  Does anyone know where to find the temperature switch that controls the thermo fan.  the car has Air con and the fan runs with the ac off and on?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have found the problem it was the 100c thermo switch and the 62c dryer switch.  replaced and now works fine.
