I have a 2009 B170 Sport Hatch

Now that winter is here, every time we get a frost the rear hatch lock freezes and I can not open the hatch. Asked the local dealer and they just said we have had a lot of calls about locks, nothing we can do about it.

Has anybody got any ideas.
