Hi,

When Shifting gears from Neutral to Drive, the car jerks forward, i have a 300CE, and have been told it may just need to be tuned properly, whilst others have said completley diffrent things, can anyone put me on the right track?

Cheers

 300CE

You may have a high idle problem - so gearshifts are being made at much higher idle than they are meant to be.

What is your idle speed at operating temp ?

Not being rude here, but trying to understand why car jerks forward - are you keeping your foot on the brake when selecting 'D' or 'R' ?

HI,

The idle reves are at around 600, and also when i am selecting gears the foot is always on the brake, yet it still does this, even with a low idling revs, although it has gone to be tuned, if that does not sort the problem then i guess the confusion will still be there.

thanks
