hi!
I write from Spain, and I have a terrible dissaster on my Mercedes Benz 190D
there are no lights on the front panel!
they doesn´t swicht on!
how can I do?
i don´t have the guide (or instruction manual) of the vehicle
please!help me!

Welcome to the forum.

First the MB dealer should be able to obtain an owners manual for you at little cost.

Now what lights are you talking about:

a. The panel lights - that is where the speedometer and clock are.

b. The dashboard - blower control, heater control and switchgear.

c. What year is your car and is it manual or automatic.


In the first instance with your sidelights/headlights turned on, try turning the little stalk that sticks out of the dashboard (this is the one you press in for resetting the trip mileometer). It also serves as a dimmer switch so that you can alter the brightness of the illumination. Give it a twist both ways and observe and report back.
