Hi folks,
New owner of our first Mercedes, and first modern car really!
2019 B200 Executive, W247 I believe. Love the car, but we have 1 snag with it. Our driveway slopes towards the house, and there is a bit of a 'hump' in the pavement as it arches onto our drive, so the car is bottoming out a little when pulling on. Not ideal, but it's only *just* hitting it so an inch or so would help massively.
I wondered if anyone could advise on raising the body? I have found some 30mm spacer/leveling kits (what look like rubber bushes to go on top of the suspension?), and have read there is potentially something to be done with the torsion bar (if I have this on this model?) Can anyone let me know if either/both of these are options that might help? Apologies, not the most mechanically savvy when it comes to cars, although have access to family who have donkeys of experience on older cars.
