Last time on I had an 06 Merc' C220d Avantgarde estate. That went when I changed jobs and decided (mainly because of ever increasing fuel costs and long commute) to take the company car again instead.
Anyway, long story short, etc. wife and I now seperated and my solicitor has advised me to 'lose' some cash. The new motorbike is in the garage, the electrical 'boys toys' are stacking up and all that was left on my list was a cabrio for those (rare) sunny days. I've got the kids with me 100% so wanted a four seater and hence have just secured myself a very nice 02 Merc' Avantgarde CLK 320 with 50k on the clocks, full service history and 12 months T&T for £7500. Looks gorgeous in silver with black hood and leather. Only dislike is the weedy wheels. Definately needs a set of black 18" wheels IMO, and no, I'm not a boy racer
Pick it up Saturday and can't wait to see the ex's face on that one sitting on the driveway with my personal reg' transferred off her car onto mine whilst she was away on holiday
So now I've already bought it, what should I be checking it out for and/or doing to it (if anything)
