Hi all, I'm a newbie with a problem. I had a really annoying rattle from the n/s/r backrest. Another member had suggested a piece of foam over the lock hole which worked for him and it worked for me!! Problem arose when I pulled the handle to tip the backrest forward something snapped inside the lock. I should have tried to release some of the pressure by pressing on the backrest - easy to be wise after the event. Does anyone have a video of how to remove the lock or to get at the broken off bit with a pliers. I really need to drop the backrest - I have to pick up a fridge freezer soon. Thanks
