Looks immaculate with mbsh. The guy wants 14,500 euros for it. Does it sound like a good deal???

what's the mileage

and how's the rust. It has FMBSH, so you are covered for the rust which may be lurking. How loaded is it. It seems a bit high to me, but I don't know what the market is in Eire. For that kind of money here I'd want every tick in the options box and all the bills and service history and 50-75 k miles.

Hmmm...well I recently picked up a 2004 04 E270CDi Avantgarde with full history for £11,700 so I would say that 14,500 Euros (odd that I have no euro symbol) at today's exchange rate is a little steep for a previos shape with 151k km (= approx 94k in old money). Just my opinion though.

That kinda proves the point that any W210's for more than £8k say are not worth the money. I've not driven one yet but surely any W211 is better than any W210?

I'm very fond of our 210

and haven't driven a 211 yet. I have to say I prefer L6 to V6 as engines go, but prefer v8 to L6.

If it helps to compare, I paid £10k (around 12,500 euro at current rates) for my '02 E320 CDi (Classic but very high spec) with 87,000 miles and that was nine months ago...
