Hi all, this is my first post and i have had a good search before posting, so apologies if it has been covered before.
I've read plenty of threads about this light coming on but haven't come across my particular problem.
First of all the problem seems to occur when the engine is cold, but I've only noticed 2 or 3 times so i can't be sure.
The light will go out when the accelerator is pressed, and come on again when it is released, but, it comes on before the brake pedal is pressed.
once the engine is warm, then turned off and on again, the light goes away.
Any ideas or suggestions
Oh, and by the way, if it matters, it's a late 97/R facelift model.
