BAS/ESP Visit Workshop

Last night i started off, no warning, as soon as i brake i get these two warnings about ESP/BAS.

I presume this would be the Brake light Switch, which i have seen a few times on here.

I could find many examples of people saying that it is at fault, but not really much on how to change it.

I have a 2002 C180 Sports Coupé

I will go and get the Part at Lunchtime today and if i get time might attempt to fit, so any help would be great Thanks in advance

Normally just one 17mm but and some wires to transfer,, its above the pedal.

so with the wires to transfer, they are in easy push connectors? i dont have to solder or anything?! lol

BAHH!

Ok i have the switch, there are 3 screws holding the cover that covers the pedals.. i have removed this..

Cant see the switch anywhere! there is a black plastic cover over the top of the pedals..what is this? does it have to be removed? how to remove it if i should have to?
