As you can turn your ignition key (double check) one of the cigar lighter back ups could do it, but it would need to be able to supply 5 amps, and the key turned to 1
The only other way is to put 12 volt onto the large cable on the starter motor, though it may be hard to access it without taking off the nearside wheel arch liner
Does the S class have charging posts as the 210 did? (though oddly the 211 doesn't.).
Under the bonnet there may be a black box with a + on it. These are normally located near the N/S front strut alongside a brass post which can be used for the -ve.
If so, pop your jump leads on there and you should be able to open the boot.
Which makes it all the stranger that they made a secondary connection point on the 210 (when you can simply remove the rear swab and plug in) whereas on the 211, where you could find yourself locked out of the boot and unable to access the battery, they haven't.
I guess, aside from the locking out issue, putting jump leads to a battery in the boot is slightly less inconvenient than having to remove the rear seat at the side of the road - but then the posts were such a good idea it's a shame they didn't put them on all the cars.
Last summer I was stranded on the M25 with my Uncle when the alternator went on his 211. RAC came along and put the jump pack onto the battery to get us to Brooklands (I drove (and span... on the wet circle I hasten to add!) an SL350 there, great fun!).
As you said, much more convenient than taking out the rear swab!!!
