I realise the importance of the disconnection and reconnection sequence. Re harmful spikes to electronic chips.
i.e. To Disconnect Remove Negative First, then Positive
To Reconnect, attach Positive First then the Negative.

On one car I have accessories like a quick connect for the charger, and spare LED running lights. The positive is connected to the battery Positive Clamp block, but the Negatives are connected to the Negative Copper post on the bodywork.
on the other car there is a charger quick connect set and a 1,000 watt RMS amplifier (0 Gauge cable 140 amp fuse) Positive is connected to the battery Positive Cable clamp block, but the Negative is connected to the Body.

My question is ….
I assume I do not have to remove these individual Negative cables in the above sequence order?
i.e. because the bodywork effectively completes the circuit to the battery Negative cable clamp. I.e. the bodywork is effectively the equivalent of “extended” Negative wires? So by removing the Negative clamp its the same protection.
but am I right?
