I would still check the battery voltage, with and without the engine running. If you don’t have a volt meter you can check this on the dash display.

Make sure the 0 mph is showing on the screen
Turn key to position 1
Press the reset button three times and the voltage should be displayed. Should be above 12.6v or more and above 14v with the engine running.

the aux battery is NOT what causes convivence features to turn off - the main battery is the driver of this message - it has two stages... and two separate fault codes get stored - the convenience battery notifications are white and turns off the interior toys, heater blower motor and screen washers. The white messages will turn off once the thing has been running for 20 mins or so - depending how knacked the main battery is. It will stay off after buying a new main battery or its driven more often than once every 14 days.

if it has SCB stupid brakes - then it will have an aux battery beside / under the washer bottle - it is for emergency application of the "brake servo" when the accumulator isn't bothering - when this needs changing the battery warning is red and needs diagnostics to remove the warning after fitting a new battery

what colour is the message ? as someone else suggested a new battery doesn't necessarily mean its charged up correctly (and or working correctly)

get an ordinary volt meter.... select DC 20V setting, unlock the car and put on the battery ….

its should be >12V
start the engine within 2 mins it should say >14V

if it's a long way adrift from that somethings wrong

Convenience shutdown is always white IIRC, as explained above it triggers at two maiin battery voltale level stages, 11V and 10,5V tiggers and shut down different consumers. SO either battery voltage drops under that, reason could be bad battery, bad charger, loosen battery leads, bad battery control module giving faulty reading (yes, facelift car do have one too).

Some people told me it's Battery control module. In my car located in passenger side, Under the passenger's legs.

is your car a 280CDI (aka v6 tractor) ?

I don't know of a petrol 280 but I guess they might have done one for other markets ? if its the tractor they should have the

My 280 is petrol… (although it is a 3.0)… They did fit it quite widely across different models

..back on the fault.

I was watching a video about an Amp Hound tool, really cool just touch against each fuse and see if its pulling current - there's something about Merc fuses when you try with probes on your volt meter 90% of the time doesn't get a reading

here we go the real thing (seems only on import from USA:( ) is a Calvan Alstart CV72 Amp hound 2, or this I think older version 74 - which bluepoint (aka the budget snap-on sub brand) obviously liked and rebranded as theirs http://public.snapon.com/a_prodannouncements_us/EECT74_NPA.pdf

Before that sort of thing - what's the voltage on the main battery after not driving for a few days.... if its keeping itself above 12v not sure why you'd see the messages.

Next thing I'd do is charge it fully - clear the diagnostic fault codes for the battery warnings (in case its muddled itself up) and for good measure and to avoid future bigger issues - I'd look under the washer bottle for the other battery and if you find it and can't decide its newer than 5 years old - I'd pop one on the car anyway

Thank you everyone for your responses

Problem solved!
It's all about the car cluster. The old one not the original one. Belongs to E320 which has auxiliary battery.
