HELP!! Had to travel. Came back to find my darling's battery (E200 2000 Model) had run out. I have all three keys but cant open the doors manually. Is there a special way to achieve this? I've already acquired a new battery HELP!!

There is a metal key inside your key (the bit attached to your keyring). Slide the catch back and withdraw the metal key nfrom the plastic remote control bit, then unlock the door.

Thanks jberks, I'm sorry, I failed to mention that I had tried that. The metal key(s) only goes in halfway into the door's keyhole, then is somehow obstructed and cant go in further (same thing happens to the boot's keyhole). I've tried all the three keys....... so I'm guessing that there's something that I need to do to make the key go all the way. I tried pulling the door handle simultaneously but didn't work....Just dont know what else to try short of staring at the key (smile). Still need help!!

Don't know, Im not aware of any trick as such.
Mine just fit, not that I've used them often. I guess the only obvious question is whether they are the correct key ? The remotes can be coded and so are interchangeable, though I can't see why anyone would switch them. Have you tried WD40 ? The locks are likely to be stiff as they've probably never been used.
