Becker Stereo Problem.

Can anyone recommend somewhere in London who can repair Car Stereos. I have a Becker head unit in a 1997 SL320. I have power to head unit, but no sounds from any speakers, I also have an external factory fitted amp in rear. So does anyone know of a simple way to tell if amp has gone in head unit or if its the external one. Understand that fuse to amp is the same fuse for cigar lighter, fyi the cigar lighter works as it powers my Sat.nav. So know it's not the fuse.
