Best Spring for w203

I recently had rear springs changed on my c180k (reg 02). Now I know for sure that the ride is a lot firmer and the rear drops too fast when it hits a road crack or pot hole. Could this be a normal new spring fx? The rear spring part number on invoice is MA202 324 18 04. Could be wrong spring?

I have a 2003 270 CDi saloon sport suspension, had new rear springs and shocks fitted 8 months ago has not been the same since have been back to Mercs again and again without success there are 6 different types of spring for the car and a calculation is made as to what type of spring is fitted. It makes me wonder where the springs are made and if they are up to the job!
