Hi, what is the best way and product to clean the dash and interior on a 2005 SLK, it has a slightly textured finish and the cloths I have are leaving bits all over it! any advice greatly appreciated..

Use a microfibre cloth buddy . Everywhere sells them . Slightly damp with a little hand soap on it will get the job done without spending any more money

As above...without the soap. A clean damp cloth is all you need for most of the interior...including headlining etc.

Right to throw what I use into the "Mix", I use an old plain white T-shirt, (they are totally lint-free) and either Autoglym Leather Balm or Vinyl & Rubber Care.
    Works ok for me!

Mercedes sorted that conundrum out years ago when they went down market.

Damp cloth in soapy water (dish soap). I also use a soft nail bush in circular motions as those tiny crevices in the textured dashboards hold alot of dirt. Wipe down again with clean water.
