Silly Question (Probably)

My C Estate (2007 S203) is fitted with part leather seats. I've always disliked the "unfinished" look and thought I had found a seller via EBay who I thought would fit new covers at a reasonable price with "Genuine Mercedes Leather" but despite advertising for S203 he said his covers wouldn't fit.

On EBay at the moment there's a scrapper seller offering a set of 2017 seats and door cards. They're not cheap (£348 delivered) but they're the first set I've ever seen that appear to be in really good nick (and my old ones must be worth a few squid) : -

I have noticed that the rear seat apparently comprises 3 x pieces whereas mine is 2 + 1 and it doesn't seem to have a solid cover section like mine. But most of all I am wondering if these are likely to fit in my car since I would be replacing the whole set of seats (and I have the rear seat top-cover complete with pull-out luggage blind anyway). I note that the front runners seem to be complete.

So I'm just wondering if anyone has managed to do a swap-in with seats from a later model - or am I tilting at windmills to think it might work?
