One of the bulbs has gone behind my speedo. What do they look like, do they plug into a socket or are they soldered in place?

Any idea of the wattage or voltage? I bought a bulb from Maplin once to replaced a failed switch light in a Volvo, it was £0.06 as opposed to £25 from the dealer.

Parrot, remind us what car

they are either capless or bayonet 1.2 w or thereabouts. It's a dash out to change them and that can be a pig of a job.
