bleeding power steering system

I have lost all power steering at low revs when i checked the power steering fluid it was low so i toped it up but i still have no power steering i wondering do i need to bleed the system off all air. I have checked the pump and all the belt and all hoses every thing is ok no leeks. If i need to bleed the system how do i go about it. Thanks to any advice....

bleeding is very easy, with the top off the reservoir, engine on, just turn the steering lock to lock several times until it stops squeeling..
