I have a 1997 E-320. The ventilation blower will only turn on in low speed. This happens with and without the AC turned on. Does any one know of an instruction manual that shows how to change the blower regulator?

I just installed a new heater blower (S320- 2001) and removed and refitted the regulator from the old heater blower. Mine was simply attached to the blower fan with 2 or three screws.

If its like mine its under the front passenger glove box above the footwell.

You should be able to remove the old regulator and install the new one without removing the heater blower, but its easy to remove if need be.
I have no mechanical skills, but am good at DIY, so you should manage ok
