Bluetooth adapter for 2007 C class

Looking to purchase a Bluetooth adapter for my 2007 C class. Has the phone firmest but no adapter in the centre console.
My question is, of the various generations of adapter which are compatible with iPhone 10?
There are many for sale on eBay but vary greatly in price.
Many on here must have iPhone 10 with operating adapter so will appreciate information.

Do you have 3.5mm Aux port in your glovebox? Back in 2016 I got a cheap £30 Bluetooth adapter which is powered from the lighter socket and connects to the aux audio jack. That works with my iPhone 10 no problem (pretty much all do, main difference is some will connect automatically, some you may have to connect manually) and also works with Siri when the button is held on it. The only issue I have/had with it is that because the radio and lighter socket are on separate powered circuits from the car it causes audio interference which was easily sorted using a proper ground loop isolator.
