Bluetooth adaptors

My 221 has option 386 “UNIVERSAL TELEPHONY PACKAGE” and comes fitted with a Nokia 6310i cradle mounted to an adaptor plate.

Can anyone tell me please if this will accept a Visseo MB4?

yes - must set dip switches to NTG4

but you can go modern world with wireless apple carplay if you want these days - leave all the merc kit in the car and add on a box and swap back and forth

FYI I fitted two of these. Both of them release magic smoke and failed immediately. A frustrating experience having to dismantle the whole dash, command cluster and screen to get it installed.

Well. MB4 from the old S211 >> W251 has now been fitted and successfully trialled in the W221. So, all I need is an iPhone cradle and job’s a good un.

MB-4 I knew u had issues with - and last time I spoke to support in foreign lands he asked if mine still worked?
the joyauto thing has lots of happy peope on another forum and I never heard one fail (unless that's the one's you're referring too)
