Bluetooth In Or Near Warwickshire

Quite simple really is there anyone near (Stratford upon Avon) who has the MB or Command on line Visoo BLUETOOTN DONGLE installed in a 2001 2002 2003 or 2004 pre wired car, preferably an E-Class but not sure that it needs to be. Too may conflicting stories I want to see what works and what does not before I spend £250.00 - £300.00.
