As Alfie says, to integrate fully with command, a proper merc kit, its about right.
Just get yourself a Parrott or Nokia kit and be done. 95% of the features for a fraction of the price.
I had the Parrot CK3100 professionally fitted to my C Class about 6 months ago. It was £199 supplied and fitted inc VAT. It supports 4 different handsets and allows you to download the address book of each phone to the car kit. It mutes the stereo and plays back via the loudspeakers. The only thing it doesn't do is allow control via the steering wheel controls.
I have the Motorola IHF1000 bluetooth car kit, just as the Parrot but fully voice operated. And it works!! Mutes the stereo etc etc just not operable via the steering wheel buttons.... At £200 fitted.
