Can anyone help please explain how to connect a phone via Bluetooth to the Command Sat Nav system
I tried to enter settings and searched for devices asked me for a Pin when I selected my phone after making it discoverable.
I entered same pin in sat nav system and phone but when I went to phone option it said No phone connected ??? A bit confused

An '06 C class will not connect directly via COMAND to the phone. You will need a bluetooth puck, if you have phone pre-wire.

It's expecting a bluetooth headset (earpiece) totally useless.

Do you have telephone pre-wire? Do you have the connector in the centre armrest?
