I got stuck behind a BMW 320 today, it seemed a lot slower than my 320 CE. If that is BMW's equivalent, it's rubbish. Give me a MB any day.

Think you have it wrong.....A 320 BMW is only a 2.2ltr and yours is a 3.2ltr..Bit of a difference.................Or was the BMW a diesel??????

I think it may be a 2.2 now. Its a straight six.

The 325 is about on par, but I beat my brother away from the lights with my 300ce in his 01 325ci.

I was following a FIAT 500 today. it really didnt move very quick at all....how do they get a 5l engine in them?

and what the hell is in a Honda S2000? is it a 20L?

have you seen the figures for a Mitsibushi EVO8 FQ400?
0-62 in 3.5secs. £46k and a service every 4.5k miles. makes the Mercedes SLR McLaren's 0-62 in 3.8secs £323,000 and service as and when look a bit tame dont you think. EVO has 4 seats too.

Fab car.

240 bhp. Revs to the moon and yep, its a 2.0.

i was actually being stupid and suggesting it was a 20.000cc like the vein along this thread. If i rememeber right you are supposed to check the oil at every fill up of petrol with them arent you?

Whatever one might say about the Honda there is no way it could spend anything like the amount of time in the garage that a Mercedes needs. If I get a car I do like to drive it as opposed to be paying for the dealer driving it. I must admit since I got the Merc I have driven more 'other' cars........since most of them did not come from the Merc dealer a lot of other makes got free advertising....
