Body shops in London recommendations ??

Took my merc in for some warranty approved rust work , they approved 3 panels but not the 4th as they said it had been resprayed not to merc standards !
also asked them to quote on a couple of parking scratches on the bumpers , they came back with over £1000 including VAT for the 2 bumpers !!

Anyway can anyone recommend a good body shop in London where I can get the work done at a reasonable price ??
