Evening everyone,

My bonnet seems miss aligned as there is more of a gap from the bonnet to the headlight on the passengers side compared to the drivers.

How can I adjust thr bonnet on a W212 facelift? Is it from the hinges themselves?

Thanks in advance.

Maybe the screw in rubber bonnet stops front each side?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I saw those on each side, how do I adjust them? It just seems like rubber on a bolt.

Try turning them left or right by hand gripping the top or any lock nut at base of thread if so turn it in a few turns and the other side turn out . Trail error look if improves things

It would adjust at the hinges but it may also be the wing and headlight that’s slightly out, I’ve had to realign mine at the wing

Is there alignment at the wing also? The bonnet stop does help a bit but nothing great.

You have got Mercedes pedestrian protection, Have you checked both the N/S & o/S bonnet hinges are in the same position.

All body panels and lights will adjust, it’s just a case of undoing all bolts and making small adjustments here and there until it all sits right again, once in place tighten everything up

Is there any manual what bolts make the adjustments, I looked at the hinges and both sides seem to be the same but they are a work of art and im scared to touch them.
