i have an e230 estate. w210 model.
had it nearly a year and when i drive it home at the end of day. or when i been driving about for a while OR when the aircons on and the engine gets hot it pinks like a ratly old can.
took it to merc dealer last year and they said they thought it was the advancing unit on the inlet camshaft ratling.( comon thing. ) my wifes got an e220 with the same engine and the camshaft unit on hers chatters away nicely but doesnt sound attal like the sound im getting. HELP
